Ladies' Bible Study Retreat

Mark your calendars, ladies! Fall Bible Study Retreat is Sunday, Aug. 24, 5 - 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Dr. Sydney Park, Associate Professor of Divinity New Testament, Beeson Divinity School, will speak. Cost of meal, catered by Taziki's, is $10. Sign up here by Thursday, Aug. 21, or call 979-5920.
Women's Bible Study begins September 7
Fall weekly Bible study is Children of the Day by Beth Moore, based on 1 and 2 Thessalonians. Click to sign up for Sunday afternoon, Monday morning, or Tuesday evening session (9 weeks, starting the week of Sept. 7). Child care is provided for Monday morning session only.

- Bible study, "Reclaiming Revelation" Stuart Collier will lead a study of the often overlooked and neglected book of Revelation. We will consider its message for faithful living and how it has inspired the church's creativity. Meets in Fellowship Hall
- "Parenting Essentials" Nancy Akins has lined up a slate of experienced facilitators to bring encouragement to parents. Topics include: Helping your young child to have a successful school year, Your child and sports, & more. Meets in Adult Seminar Room
- "Wednesday Walking" If you want to be on your feet, then join Marsha Baker and the Wednesday Walking group. Meditations will be offered to walkers to spur the spirit as you walk alone or with others. Meets in Room 239
Prayer for Global Missions begins September 9
Meets on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel.
