The time to serve at VHBC has come again, and we need YOU on Saturday, November 1st!

We are once again partnering with RISE against Hunger and hope to gather a team to fill the fellowship hall and to fill meal packing kits that will be distributed around the world! Last year, our VHBC serve team packed over 10,000 bags for those who needed meals in Uganda!

We will also partner with Lovelady Center and minister to the many ladies and children there with small groups, Bible study, and conversation.

Urban Ministry needs help with its garden and landscape prep for spring, and our Civil Rights Pilgrimage group will be partnering with the Dynamite Hill Community Land Trust for service needs they have on Saturday, November 1st, after touring that neighborhood and Bethel Baptist.

If you’d like to stay at VHBC, but work outside, there will be an opportunity for tree-trimming and other landscaping needs around the church.
