We are excited to welcome Rev. Dr. Steven Porter, who will lead our Easter Retreat.

Rev. Dr. D. Steven Porter serves Acadia Divinity College as Assistant Professor of Church Innovation and Evangelism and Director of Doctoral Studies. Steven earned a ThD from Duke University, a Master of Divinity from Candler School of Theology at Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts from William Jewell College.

For more than 25 years, Steven has been committed to facilitating intensive conversations on evangelism with churches. His research and academic presentations have centered on reimagining the church’s witness in the present and future by studying its past.

We look forward to a fruitful Easter Retreat as we gather to think about what it means to engage the spiritual practice of Telling in our context today. Come and be a part of the conversation!
